Patient Interview | Life-Changing Relief from Foot Pain

We had the pleasure of interviewing our delightful patient, April Stiefel, this week at the clinic. April was suffering from debilitating foot pain prior to coming to Lighthouse Acupuncture and Wellness Center of Jupiter. Join us as we have a conversation with her, and she shares just how much Lighthouse AWC has changed her life!

What brought you in to Lighthouse Acupuncture and Wellness Center of Jupiter?

I actually read about it in a little Florida newspaper is where I first read about it. I did make the call and scheduled my free consultation. And chose to start my treatments.

What did you come in to treat?

 I had severe foot pain, and it was so unbearable that I could not even walk for a couple of weeks. It was so bad… I was getting desperate. When your feet hurt you don't feel like you could do anything like my husband had to drop me off at the curb in front of the store- I couldn't even walk from the parking lot.

Did Lighthouse AWC help?

 My symptoms have improved so much that I am able to do a lot more walking, go to the pool, swim and um not have the severe foot pain that I had before.  I feel so much better. I was really worried about going on vacation we were going to a new area and there would be a lot of walking; actually, in four sessions I was able to go on my trip walk all day it was amazing the difference that I felt.

What advice would you give others?

Give acupuncture a try. It is very well worth your time. And see if it works for you. It's definitely worth it.

Do you enjoy coming to Lighthouse AWC?

One of the things that I love about this place is everybody on your team is so kind and so thoughtful. I love it.

How do you feel after treatment?

I feel so happy that I've actually found something that is working for me because nothing else that I've tried, which has been numerous things have helped, but this has really helped tremendously.
